How can I register an account on the platform?

Users have the ability to register a new Member’s Hub Mena account. Each account is associated with the users’ email. Users must choose a unique username. The username must be at least four characters long and be less than 30 characters in length. The username can consist of letters, numbers, and underscores.

Alternatively, users can register with Facebook, Google, or Twitch should they have an account with any of those services just by clicking the Login with Facebook, Google, or Twitch buttons.

To register an account:

  1. Navigate to the portal by opening your browser and entering https://ooredoo.emberhub.gg/ into the address bar.
  2. Click on the “Register” button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your desired username, email, and password you wish to associate with the account. Finally, confirm your password by entering a matching password.
  4. Read the Terms and Conditions.
  5. If you are over 13 years old, check the box if you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Click on the “Continue” button.
  7. A Verify Your Account box will appear and a verification email will be sent to your email address.
  8. Once you click on the “Activate Account” button within the email, an Account Verified window will load. Click “Continue” to proceed.

How can I change my password?

A user can change their password after they are logged in.

To change your password:

  1. Login to Member’s Hub Mena.
  2. Click on your username in the side bar.
  3. A drop-down menu will appear, click on “Settings”.
  4. Type a new password, confirm the new password, and the old password.
  5. Click on “Save Changes”.
  6. A notification will appear once the profile has been updated.

How do I link my Games?

A user can link their games.

To link your games:
To change your Public URL:

  1. Login to Member’s Hub Mena.
  2. Click on the profile username.
  3. A sidebar menu will appear, click on “Settings”.
  4. Go to “Game Accounts”.
  5. Click on “Connect” by any of the games.
  6. Enter the Username and Confirm Username for the account, then click on “Next”.
  7. A message will appear once the game has been linked. Click on “Finish”.
  8. The account will be now linked.

How do I create a team?

Users can create a team within Member’s Hub.

To create a Team:

  1. log in to Member’s Hub and click on the arrow under the user image.
  2. Click on the profile username.
  3. A menu will appear, click on “Teams”.
  4. A list of teams will appear.
  5. Click on the “Create Team”.
  6. Type the Team Name and Team Description, and you can add Team Avatar and add a Team Banner. Users can also link Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Public URL.
  7. Once you click on “Create Team”, you will be brought back to the My Teams page.

How can I invite a player to my team?

Users can create a team within Member’s Hub.

To Invite a player:

  1. Login to Member’s Hub and click on the arrow under the user image.
  2. Click on the profile username.
  3. A menu will appear, click on “Teams”.
  4. A list of teams will appear.
  5. Select the team you want to edit by clicking on the Team name. The Manage Team page will load. Only the team owner can manage a team.
  6. Select “Manage Roster”.
  7. Type the player’s name in the search box and click on the correct name.
  8. The invite will be sent to the player and you will get a notification.
  9. The player will be added to the roster once they accept the invite.

How can I join a tournament?

Users can join a tournament within Members Hub. Only teams with the minimum number of players can join a tournament. In other words, you must have 5 players to play a 5v5 tournament.

To Join a Tournament:

  1. Login to Member’s Hub Mena.
  2. Click on “Events” in the main menu.
  3. Select the tournament that you would like to join.
  4. Click on the Join Now button.
  5. Join the tournament with a valid team according to the tournament’s settings.
  6. Select the members you wish to participate in the tournament and click “Next”.
  7. Confirm the team.
  8. A notification will appear to confirm the team has joined.

How do I find the tournament bracket?

Users can view the bracket for a tournament within Member’s Hub Mena.

To view a Bracket for a tournament:

  1. Login to Member’s Hub Mena.
  2. Click on “Events” in the main menu.
  3. Select the tournament that you would like to view.
  4. Select the Brackets tab.
  5. You can now view players/teams by selecting the game within the bracket.

How do I find information about a tournament?

Users can view Tournament information within Member’s Hub Mena.

To view the Tournament Overview:

  1. Login to Member’s Hub Mena.
  2. Click on “Events” in the main menu.
  3. Select the tournament that you would like to view.
  4. Users can view the details of the tournament on the Overview tab.
